Terms and conditions  

 

TERMS OF SERVICES 

Our goal is to do a professional cleaning service for you, that eases you from it so you have time to do things you would rather be doing. 

 

HOURS OF OPERATIONS 

We schedule our appointments between 9:00 a.m. and finish the last one by 5:00 p.m. allowing drive time to and from our first and last appointment. We set appointments Monday thru Friday.  We make exceptions for weekends.  

 

RESCHEDULING AND LOCK OUTS 

We understand that life happens, and things come up that are pressing, and rescheduling sometimes becomes necessary. Please consider that this is our livelihood and that you do not cancel unless necessary. Due to the large blocks of time each home takes, we require a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled time in order to try to fill it or trade it with a different client. If two appointments in a row are cancelled, you will no longer be on the reoccurring schedule unless prior arrangements are made. 

 

 

SICK POLICY 

If you or your child are sick with a contagious illness such as flu, pneumonia, chicken pox, lice, etc., please reschedule your cleaning. We will do the same should any of our crew become sick with a contagious illness. Even though we use products that disinfects, it is possible that germs may be transported to another home or those cleaning your home may get sick. So, we all agree to wait until we or your family is well again. 

 

WHAT WE CLEAN 

Our goal is to clean the surfaces of your home, including floors, tables, countertops, appliances, etc. It is in your best interest to get the most for your money if you have it prepared by de cluttering so we can spend our time doing more of what we are there for. We will not go into closets unless asked.  That's extra time added on top.  Dishes- please make sure to have your dishes done. We will be charging 20.00 extra for dishes to be done.  A few is okay but more then this will take away from the cleaning and adds time to the service.  

 

 

 

HOILDAYS  

   If your scheduled day lands on a holiday we will reschedule you for the next available date/time agreed upon by both party's. 

 

PET CLEAN UP AND WATCHING THEM 

We do understand that accidents occur. Within reason, we will clean up small occurrences upon occasion. If the situation is an ongoing occurrence you will be notified and charge a extra fee of 50.00 every visit.  Animals should be if possible, to be put in a room and locked up if you do not want them out of the house. As we do open windows to let air in the home. We will make every attemp to keep them safe.  We will not be responsible for any lost pets.   

 

TEMPERATURE CONTROL 

   We do our best to conserve energy. Additionally, please be aware that physical labor is being done and try to maintain a comfortable environment for our cleaners. Preferred temperature is 71-74* 

 

ALARM/KEY CODE/KEYS 

It is not necessary for you to be home while we are cleaning, and we will ensure the safety of your home by setting alarms and locking all doors. 

 

 

ADD ONS  

Once it is agreed upon of what you want cleaned and a price is decided, anything outside that agreement is considered an ad-on and more time is involved, therefore there is an ad on fee for such services. Since we schedule each home for a previously set amount of time, an ad on needs to be pre-planned, so we do not run behind on our schedule. 

 

 

PAYMENT 

Payment us due at the time of service.  We accept cash. We do not accept credit cards or checks currently.  A late fee will be applied after 10 days. 

 

 

MOVE OUT CLEANS 

  It will be a Minimum of 3 hours.  We will discuss further of what this time should look like with what needs to get done. 

 

PEOPLE IN THE HOME WHEN WE ARE CLEANING 

We please ask that when we come In to clean that when we are cleaning a room that we have no one else in the room as this can be a safety issue.  

 

 

CHECK IN’S 

I will be personally cleaning on and off with the girls to make sure that everything is up to my standards.  I have very high expectations.  I want my clients to be happy.  If by any chance that you see the girls are slacking please call or text me so I can correct this right away. 

 

 

YOUR CLEANING DATES/TIMES 

When we put you into the schedule with the date and time that has been agreed upon, we will not be able to move you from there as it messes up the whole schedule after.   

 

 

LEAVING TOWN/VACATION 

 We have a option that if you are leaving town and the place does not need to be cleaned.  We will come in and do extras that match your time.  Please consider this, as it is our living.
